We’re currently searching for passionate candidates with up-to-date knowledge and expertise for the role of Information Technology support. Your main focus will be to provide IT-related support for PartnerHero associates in their daily tasks, maintain IT-related databases, and troubleshoot production-oriented problems that may arise.

Role Overview 

As an IT support associate for our IT department, your main focus will be to maintain operational systems status, which includes internet/network, hardware, software, and equipment databases. You will also be responsible for responding to support requests via email and/or chat. 

We constantly interact with people, whether in-person or remotely, to support and troubleshoot any situation that may be impacting their ability to perform their tasks. Efficient response, good communication skills, and willingness to assist are essential aspects of the role.

Tasks you will handle: 

  • HelpDesk support 
  • Solve support requests (in-person, ticket, DM)
  • Identify common trends and underlying problems
  • Support PartnerHero associates with IT-related tasks
  • Perform admin tasks within various cloud platforms (G Suite, Slack, etc.)
  • Equipment
  • Prepare and assign equipment to new hires
  • Review returned equipment and update
  • Work with People Operations to identify equipment needs
  • OS/Application patching and maintenance


  • IT Database entry and auditing
  • Register new equipment in our database
  • Update equipment assignments/status


  • Maintains QoS by establishing and enforcing IT policies
  • Educate associates and present information on IT policies
  • Update self-help documents so associates can solve minor issues on their own 
  • Lead basic troubleshooting workshops
  • Perform routine security audits in support of PartnerHero’s information security program
  • Network troubleshooting/maintenance
  • Ensure maximum uptime
  • Schedule/manually deploy firmware updates while minimizing downtime



  • Great English skills
  • Great interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Problem-solving skills 
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills 
  • 1-2 years of experience in information technology or technical support
  • Extensive familiarity with Windows & MacOS operating systems
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Google G Suite, Slack, and others
  • Understanding of network fundamentals
