The Client

Our client is a Canadian law firm that specializes in helping people with will and estate planning. The company makes it easy for customers to understand. Their number 1 priority is making sure that customers are cared for and understood.

The Gig

Our client is looking for a Sales Executive who will be the first point of contact via phone in the company. The ideal candidate must have fluid English communication skills and advanced phone handling experience. The Sales Executive must know how to redirect calls to specific team members, or how to convert an inquiry call to a sale. The candidate should be tech-savvy and adapt well to new software and tools.

A Day in the Life

  • Handles incoming calls for the client
  • Redirect customers to the appropriate team member or department
  • Convert calls into sales 
  • Follow decision tree
  • Email handling
  • Fill out forms for the prospect (for extra care customers) 
  • Data entry into Asana
  • Setting up files in the project management system
  • Assigning tasks to the appropriate team member

Who you are.

  • Must have excellent and flawless written and oral English communication skills
  • Neutral English accent
  • Excellent phone handling skills (sales, customer service, handling challenging situations)
  • Rapport building skills
  • Really want to work from home and have a good home office set up
  • Knowledge in InfusionSoft is an advantage but not required
  • Tech-savvy 
  • Good team player
  • Should communicate with other team members to provide a cohesive and professional frontline image to clients
  • Interest in law is an asset

Requirements include: 
  • Noise-canceling headset
  • High speed and reliable internet
  • Updated PC or laptop running Windows 10/8 or Mac OS
  • A quiet and comfortable workspace
  • Minimum Internet speed of 10Mbps
  • Digitally savvy and a tech enthusiast, willing to try and learn new platforms
  • A backup Internet connection and computer
