Our client is a family-owned angel investing and venture capital firm based in Australia. The company typically takes an active role in all of its investments using the owner’s considerable experience and networks.
Our client is looking for an Executive Assistant to the CEO to help in daily tasks. The most important task involves taking minutes of the meeting and creating systems to make the CEO's tasks easier and more efficient.
A Day in the Life
Drafting emails on behalf of the CEO / email management
Minute taking (meetings)
Creating systems to streamline the CEO's work
Following up and collating board reports
Holding the CEO accountable for deliverables
The client has a team of dedicated and passionate people that hopes to make positive changes to the world and the people and families they touch along the way.
Previous experience as an executive assistant is required
Have superior English communication skills, both written and oral
Attention to detail
Phone support experience
Experience in using Dropbox, Asana, Slack, Google Suite, and LastPass
CRM experience is an advantage
Experience in minute taking and creating systems
Problem solver and takes initiative
Punctual and organized
Amenable to work on a full-time basis (8 hours a day, 5 days a week) with an overlap to Australian Eastern business hours for half of the shift
High speed and reliable internet
Updated PC or laptop running Windows 10/8 or Mac OS
A quiet and comfortable workspace
Minimum Internet speed of 10 Mbps
Digitally savvy and a tech enthusiast, willing to try and learn new platforms
Has a backup computer and back up Internet connection
